Zydeco

Last week I was in Bend for work and was able to eat at an amazing restaurant called Zydeco.

It’s a very classy place and perfect for client meetings or a date.

The cocktails I had were spectacular. I forgot to snap some pictures (I was thirsty;) but I had their grapefruit cosmopolitan and blueberry lemon drop. Delicious.

Now, the food just melted in my mouth. It was actually really difficult to pick something with so many mouth-watering choices!

I ordered this amazing dish above: Blackened Redfish with Zydeco sauce, dungeness crab meat, sauteed spinach, and mashed potatoes.

Each bite was phenomenal. The fish was cooked to perfection and the sauce was heavenly.

My coworker ordered the Sesame Encrusted Ahi Tuna.

It was seared rare with rice, shrimp rolls, cucumber salad, and wasabi vinaigrette.

If you are ever in Bend I highly recommend trying Zydeco.

If you can’t afford some of the prices, I suggest saving up and making a date night out of it. It will be worth it.
