Vegan Superbowl Sunday
It’s finally Superbowl 50 and guess whose coming to dinner? Yes, your vegan friends!
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but those Veggies and hummus are tired and unfulfilling, literally. So this Superbowl Sunday try something AWESOME, like this totally vegan yet totally delicious menu featuring:
Guacamole & Whole Wheat tortilla chips
2 avocados mashed with 1 diced tomato, 1 minced cloves of garlic, juice of half a lime, salt & pepper
Pour half a cup of olive oil into a small pan, add a chopped onion, some crushed chilies, a couple cloves of garlic and 1 cup jumbo green olives, heat until fragrant.
Oven Roast Chick peas
Drain, rinse and dry a can of chickpeas. Drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle over some thyme, steak spice and a little curry powder, roast until golden and crunchy.
Salt & Pepper Sweet Potato Chips
Chop up a sweet potato and fry until golden brown, toss with salt & pepper and enjoy!
