EGG and I : Healthy Options
How many times have you gone out to eat and felt guilty after your meal? If you’re like me, you’re always trying to find the “healthiest” options even though it might not even be the best food for you to be eating. However, I discovered Egg and I for the first time last week and I have to say that place is amazing. For picky eaters like me who don’t want to eat anything fatty, Egg and I has many options for health junkies like this avocado omelette with an English muffin and a side of fruit. The avocado is a healthy fat, the eggs are a good source of protein, the English muffin satiates your mouth enough for the bread craving and of course the fruit bowl is a good source of vitamins and minerals. This breakfast meal is perfect because it won’t make you feel like a stuffed sausage after digesting the yummy goodness. I give it two thumbs up!
