Bacon Wrapped Green Beans
I’m a firm believer that bacon makes any dish better. So why not wrap delicious, healthy vegetables in fatty, greasy bacon? It’s a win-win in my mind. You get some good nutrition, while at the same time making your soul happy.
The amount of each ingredient really depends on how much you want to make. Make just enough for youself or feed a family, it’s up to you.
Ingredients:
Green beans
Bacon (I used turkey bacon)
Olive oil spray
Brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F and spray pan with olive oil spray.
Cut bacon strips in half.
Wrap 4 green beans and lay them seam side down in the pan.
After they are all wrapped, sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Add salt and pepper if you want.
Bake for 20 minutes.
