Red’s Eats Lobster Roll
Red’s Eats serves Maine’s most iconic lobster roll from a small building in Wiscasset, Maine. It’s a whole 1 1/4lb lobster chopped up, served on a buttered, grilled bun with a side of butter for dipping. People line up for up to an hour in summer to sample it.
