That’s right! Houston we have a burger! This beauty is the Sydney burger at Burger Guys and yes that’s a yolk puddle. Hands down one one of the best burgers in town. It’s a simple burger consisting of cheddar cheese, fried egg, grilled pineapple, & aioli all on a sweet challah bun that’s lightly toasted on the griddle. Don’t want a chicken egg? Well they have the option to add a fried duck egg, a nice twist to the traditional fried egg. I definitely plan on going back to try one of their various hand spun milk shakes, and another of their many creative burger options.
