McDonald’s To Implement All-Day Breakfast Menu In October
Over at The Golden Arches, the higher-ups are aware that not all of their customers are early risers. And for millions of people, the ability to enjoy the most important meal of the day at anytime was not an option — until now. Apparently, several disgruntled Mickey Dee’s customers posed the idea on social media eight years ago, and the fast-food giant has been testing various markets before making the major transition this Fall.
Starting in October, McDonald’s will offer a limited number of popular items including sausage burritos, hot cakes and Egg McMuffins or biscuit sandwiches (depending on the region) according to reports on The Wall Street Journal. The menu change will operate on a made-to-order basis during off-peak hours to accommodate the dip in traffic for breakfast items during the afternoons and evenings.
As always when trying new things, McDonald’s expects that the new breakfast menu will present some challenges, so please be patient as they work out all the kinks moving forward.
