Bread & Ink

A bunch of co-workers and I decided to hangout outside of work for a change. We decided on Bread and Ink Cafe for breakfast. I had never been there before, but heard the waffles were amazing.

Amazing is an understatement. These were the best waffles I ever had.

Below is a batch of the Belgian pearl sugar waffles. It’s buttery, caramelized and served with whipped cream and their house cardamom syrup. Each bite fulfilled my soul.

My friend ordered the chicken and waffles. So just imagine a delicious piece of fried chicken on these soul fulfilling waffles. Nuff’ said.

Last but not least was the spinach and mushroom omlette with a sour cream garnish. It was good and the polenta on the side was even better.

Bread and Ink was good, but I would say if waffles aren’t your thing then don’t bother coming here. The rest of the menu is mediocre for the price.
