Oceanaire Seafood Room Bread Pudding
I am a southern belle that prides myself in making a mean bread. Unfortunately, mine has nothing on the mean masterpiece they are serving up at the Oceanaire Seafood Room. It’s the perfect balance of dense, moist, flaky , rich deliciousness. It’s not at all soggy because I can’t stand a soggy bread pudding. There are plump, sweet raisins sprinkled throughout. A great butter sauce is drizzled over the top, and they top it all off with a generous scoop of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla! Its rich, warm, and wonderful! This is definitely a dessert for the sweet tooth nights and not a follow up to a meal because it is not a game! Enjoy!
