Laughing Planet
Laughing Planet is a great affordable restaurant with healthy and delicious options. Eating out doesn’t have to wreak havoc on your body. They have a variety of options including burritos, salads, soups, bowls, and smoothies.
This is the paleo bowl. A grilled veggie mix with spiced green beans on a bed of sauteed kale, topped with natural chicken breast and served with Spanish romesco sauce. Yum, yum in my tum.
You can also get fresh juices made right when you order. The green one below is spinach, lime, cilantro and apple. The pink is beet, carrot and apple. Refreshing and delicious.
There are many locations in Eugene, Portland and Corvallis.
