Your Godmother’s Chicken Parm Has Nothing on Parm.

I must say besides being a food enthusiast, I am definitely a Chicken Parm Connoisseur. The taste of melted cheese and chicken together on a piece of Italian bread just makes my heart smile. As soon as I got the menu my eyes went directly to the Chicken Parm Platter. I know what you’re thinking, why didn’t she get the sandwich. Listen to this…they have baked ziti with the parm! I saw a peek of heaven.

So, I’m finally sitting down the chicken parm and the ziti and the bread! Before we get to why the chicken parm was the best, let’s talk about this bread. It was seasoned with fresh garlic and delicious Parmesan cheese. Divine in taste and crunchy in texture is the best description for the bread. Next, I had a dab of the baked ziti, mixture of mozzarella, tomato sauce and a cheesiness like no other I was happy.


Now, the main event, the Chicken Parm. Crispy, saucy, cheesy with a hint of basil, I didn’t know how to react. It was so good I was scared to finish the entire cutlet in fear I may not feel this way again. But calm down, live in the moment. I have to say, it’s better than your God Mother’s.
