#QUARANTINEMEALS | Volume 6
Welcome back once again to this week’s edition of #QuarantineMeals. We hope you enjoyed the delicious IPA Battered Fish Tacos that DRAINFLIX made for us last week. Shoutout to Drain for taking the time to create a delicious meal and make sure to follow his movement!
This week we take it back to my family kitchen as The Havana’s cooked up a delicioussssssssssssss….. Let me type it again delicioussssssssssssss sheet pan meal filled with shrimp and veggies.
This isn’t a normal meal in the Havana household, however we had a bunch of vegetables that we did not want to go to waste so we got creative and as a family we put together this amazing meal.
Sheet pan meals are really simple to make. If shrimp or seafood isn’t your thing, you can always replace it with meat or chicken. Vegetarian? No problem, don’t include any type of meat.
The great thing about sheet pan meals are that you can add any type of vegetable that you like to the mix! Not a tomato head? No worries, replace it with something else.
While cooking our sheet pan meal, we overcooked our veggies just a little. So if you prefer some crunchy veggies instead of softies, just cook the vegetables for less amount of time.
We hope everyone is staying safe and adapting to what seems to be the new normal. With lots of states opening back up, we’re glad that restaurants are opening up as well. Let’s remember to continue to practice social distancing and respect others’ personal space.

Shrimp & Veggies Sheet Pan Meal
Serving size | 6 people
- 1 lb Shrimp, medium
- 1 lb Baby yukon gold potatoes
- 1 Bell pepper, orange
- 1 1/2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- 4 ears Corn
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 Green onion
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Lemon, wedges
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 3 1/4 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 Cooking spray
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Chop all veggies.
- Cook potatoes and corn separately. Boil until soft.
- Chop potatoes and corn into smaller piece and mix with all veggies.
- Add seasoning mix.
- Lay all ingredients (except for shrimp) on sheet pan.
- Place it in the oven for 10 mins at 375 degrees.
- Take out pan add raw shrimp and place bake into oven for additional 10-12 mins.
- Once shrimp is cooked, enjoy!
