If you are a taco fanatic like most Americans, then you know the best ones derive from Mexico or Texas (the original street taco). Despite the infinite amount of creative tacos out there, the original "Street Taco" consist of protein (chicken, steak, or pork), cilantro leaves, and chopped onions wrapped in two corn tortillas. Ordinarily $1 and served with salsa verde (green) packaged in a plastic container or baggy.

Today we pay homage to the Mexican creation with a simple yet costly fish taco. Fortunately you will not have to travel to Mexico to buy these fancy fish favorites, they can be made right at home. The downside is they will cost you more than just a buck.
