Tilapia and grit cakes!

This is my rendition of fish and grits. The grits were seasoned and flavored to perfection with sea salt, butter, garlic, onion, cream cheese and a 5 herb Italian blend. Then breaded and pan seared to golden brown perfection! The fish was pan seared as well.
