Action Bronson’s Sandwich is Effing Delicious
It takes balls to name a sandwich after Action Bronson, the rapper, former professional chef and current star of the web series Fuck, That’s Delicious, but Brooklyn’s HBH Gourmet Sandwiches represents the man properly.
The Action Bronson sandwich piles smoked roast beef, caramelized onions, roasted and pickled peppers, gruyère cheese, roasted garlic aioli and arugula on properly crisped ciabatta bread. This macho take on roast beast should have you pounding your chest with satisfaction; daintier eaters can split one with a friend, though you’ll long for the other half later. As the man himself would say, “Bon appetit, bitch!”
