Most folks know Neil as a highly accomplished DJ but the man also loves to cook for his friends. - 3 Course menu with a main course option
- Octopus- grilled octopus, pickled mango relish
- Kare kare- braised oxtail peanut stew, grilled bok choy, sautéed eggplant, long beans
- Pork rib adobo- pork ribs braise in soy, garlic, black pepper, bay leaf and vinegar.
- Coconut leche flan- coconut egg custard.
