Toronto – Fabulous Faith’s Caribana Pop-up Brunch
On Sunday, wrapping up the Caribana festivities, local Private Chef Fabulous Faith hosted an urban pop-up brunch in downtown Toronto. Featuring the music of veteran DJ Jug E playing old school r&b, classic house and 90s hip hop the atmosphere was perfect to suit her food. The menu had four options of Faith’s custom twists on classic soul food, including chicken n waffles, lobster mac, jerk chicken and even a vegan gluten free option. Faith’s sponsors included Silver Lakes Vodka for her custom cocktail menu and Royal Treasures provided gift bags for high-end guests.
The event was a great success and Faith is excited and thankful to have the opportunity to cook for the first time in her own restaurant kitchen. Usually catering to her exclusive celebrity clientele this was the first opportunity for the public to sample her healthy take on urban soulfood. Faith is now considering expanding
