Over the past year Daniel Fogelson, co-founder of Three Jerks Jerky and his two friends (Andrew Dickson and Jordan Barrocas) have been in pursuit of jerky perfection. After endless nights of trial and error they came to one conclusion; the only way to make the perfect beef jerky is to use the perfect cut of meat, filet mignon. The concept is simple yet delicious.
