The Most Refreshing Dip Ever: Greek Yogurt Dip
I’m addicted to dip. Chips & dip to be more exact. I love trying new kinds and adding in crazy ingredients just to see if they’ll work. I’ve been on the search for dips that aren’t just bowls of melted cheese, that are somewhat healthy and still taste good. It’s been a struggle. I also just love melted cheese so trying to choose healthy dips over the cheese is a struggle in itself.
The latest one I stumbled upon was this greek yogurt dip recipe. This dip is amazing. The dill and cucumbers really make it. So refreshing, cool and perfect for summer. I’ve modified it a little bit, but it’s pretty much the same.
I also can’t seem to put it down once I start (be sure to eat with a friend so you don’t inhale the whole thing). It’s delicious with pita chips, but anything will do. So go ahead and whip out your yogurt and bring this to your next potluck or girls night. Everyone will be glad you did.
1 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
1 avocado, chopped
2 small tomatoes, diced
1/2 a large cucumber, diced
small bunch of fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything in a bowl.
