Lobster ME’s Lobsicle is Real, and It’s Spectacular

While briefly in Las Vegas to celebrate the grand opening of Yardbird Southern Table & Bar at The Venetian, I had the chance to walk through the hotel (and sister complex The Palazzo) and came across multiple signs advertising the batter dipped lobsicle at Lobster ME. Lobsicle?!? It haunted me for hours until I went to check it out.

At $14 (more in a combo with fries or salad), the price tag is steep, but it nets you a whole lobster tail with sides of lemon and clarified butter. You can choose for the tail to be deep fried or grilled, but that didn’t seem like much of a choice — batter up! Yes, your heart may stop and you may die, but you want to experience the closest sensation to eating a fried stick of butter on a stick.

Lobster ME has another location inside Planet Hollywood as well as a food truck; there’s also an outpost in Bethesda, Maryland.
