Redneck Wellington – 80/20 Burger Bar

Finch’s Secret Stache was a great pairing with the Redneck Wellington. Though it wasn’t as thick and malty as I would have liked, the vanilla bean flavor complimented the char and roast of the beer itself alongside the richness of the goat cheese and bourbon mustard of the burger.
