Redneck Wellington – 80/20 Burger Bar
The Heritage is a bison burger topped with caramelized onions, thick cut bacon and gruyere cheese. Pictured above, caramelized onions were substituted for raw (red) onions. The house fries are among the best tasting fries I’ve ever eaten. Starting with locally sourced potatoes, 80/20 coats the thin cuts in rosemary, parmesan cheese and finely minced garlic. Fvckin’ mouthgasm bruh.
