Recipe: Artichoke Hearts Parmesan

If your a fan of artichokes and enjoy the heart of it then this recipe is for YOU!

Ingredients [Serves 4]:

(1) can of artichoke hearts in the can [Cut them in half]

(1/2) cup of Breadcrumbs

(1) egg

(2) Cloves of garlic [Chopped fine]

(1/4) of a cup of grated Cheese [Romano]

Fresh parsley

(1/2) pound of shredded mozzarella

Start with beating the egg first, cut the artichoke hearts in half, egg and bread them and then prepare to fry them. Fry them in canola oil until there brown on each side. Drain them on a paper towel, use a casserole dish and put olive oil on the bottom of the dish and then place the artichoke hearts in the dish. Sprinkle the chopped garlic on top along with grated cheese and parsley. Ending off add the shredded mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil all around.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes take out the oven and ENJOY!
