Hogan’s Beach Cuts Ties With Former Pro Wrestler
It sucks to be Hulk Hogan in 2015. The man who once captured the hearts of wrestling fans in the 80s and early 90s, has taken yet another L. After being ostracized from the WWE as the result of being caught in controversy because of racist comments about his daughter’s ex-boyfriend, and sextape leak in 2012, The Hulk is making headlines again.
Multiple Florida news outlets are reporting that Hogan’s Beach – the tiki bar Hulk licensed his celebrity to in Tampa – have severed all ties with the former pro wrestler. Managers of the beach-front property told the local media the restaurant is currently undergoing a name change and and rebranding process.
While no further details were revealed, sources say all of Hogan’s memorabilia has been removed and a new owner will be taking over moving forward.
