GREEN GIMLETpair with Corned Beef and Cabbage.

The easy and simple cocktail will compliment the salty beef and tender cabbage with the sweetness of the vodka and lime combination.

2 oz. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
Juice from one line
Ice

Combine ingredients and stir together. Garnish with lime wedge, cucumber slice, and fresh mint.

THE GREEN BOXERpair with Bangers and Mash.

The fruit flavors of the orange and lemon will balance the spicy and salty taste of the sausage.

1.5 oz. 1800 Silver
0.5 oz. Fresh squeezed orange juice
0.5 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz. Lime juice cordial
0.25 oz. Green chartreuse

Shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
