August 16 is National Rum Day. Even if you don’t have a summer getaway planned, you can still escape the heat with these refreshing tropical sips that will instantly transport you to the warm, white-sand beaches of the Caribbean.

- Free To Be Frozen Ingredients: 2 Parts Bacardi Superior Rum 1 ⅕ Parts Frozen Cubes of Watermelon 1 Part Freshly Pressed Watermelon Juice Lime and Sugar Foam Method: Add the frozen watermelon cubes to your shaker along with the fresh watermelon juice and BACARDÍ Superior, and shake hard for around 20 seconds to chill and combine the mix. Pour over ice into a rocks glass. Make a lime and sugar foam by adding 25ml sugar syrup, 25ml lime juice and 1 egg white to a cream whipper. Shake the cream whipper well before using the nozzle to top up your drink with the foam.

Club Soda Lime Wedge Instructions: Fill tall glass with ice. Add Captain Morgan® Pineapple Rum and coconut water. Top with club soda. Squeeze lime wedge and drop in. Best served in a coconut.
- Cruzan Blueberry Lemonade Colada: 2 parts Cruzan® Blueberry Lemonade Rum 1 part Coco® Lopez Cream of Coconut 1 part Fresh Lemon Juice Ice Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a stemmed Hurricane glass and garnish with lemon zest.
