Eddie Fuentes, an in-house mixologist at Miami’s 27 Restaurant & Bar and Broken Shaker, has concocted a margarita mixer representative of the city of Miami he calls “DaHouse Margarita,” using pineapple sage infused agave syrup and a spray of Mezcal.
