This spot is the number one choice for those who are looking for the most unexpected flavors in a traditional dessert like the French macaron. The cookies are perfectly made and the flavors are interesting, to say the least. Patrons come in packs to try these out of the ordinary combinations! Among typical flavors like Caramel, Pistachio and Dark Chocolate, you can bite into a Candied Bacon with Maple Cream Cheese or even Cheetos macaron. The latter is definitely “intense” and the Thai Chili one tastes like pad-thai! Not sure if these are the perfect flavors for macarons, but they are worth a try. The Macaron Parlour offers macaron classes where customers can learn to mix and flavor infuse their own creations: $85 for a 2-3 hour course.
