New year, new you?

How's it going now that we are a little more than half way through January? It's easy to get bored on diet plans, especially when you are starving and pressed for time.  Salads are a quick and easy got-to but get boring quickly.  We all want pasta yet afterwards you feel kinda guilt-ridden after eating all of those carbs.  The solution, a whole-wheat vegan pasta salad loaded with Italian flavor and healthy vegetables.  Perfect as a stand alone, light supper or along side some lean protein this recipe requires only 20 minutes to prepare. Check it out, You Gotta Eat This!
