[RECIPE] Frenched Garlic & Rosemary Rack of Lamb With Steamed Asparagus

What you need: 1 rack of lamb (frenched) 4 garlic cloves (pressed) 1 fresh rosemary de-stemmed 1/2 lemon (juice) Kosher salt (to taste) ground black pepper (to taste) extra virgin olive oil (drizzle to liking) 1 bunch of fresh asparagus tzatziki sauce (You can opt to make it from scratch, but I bought mine from Trader Joe’s.
