Fowl Play Sauce

I’m big on sauce. The messier the meal the better. If there’s something that can be added to a dish to enhance it, I’m all about it. Sprinkle it, pour it, drench it, but just as long as it makes the dish better. I was given some Fowl Play Sauce from the Fowl Play Food Truck located in Baltimore, Maryland. I had heard the sauce was quite good on burgers, fries, chicken, and anything you would put ketchup or BBQ sauce on. Portland Burger Week 2014

Portland has amazing restaurants and food events all year long. I ordered the Tri Fecta plate which comes with all three meats: The Shoyu Chicken is slow-cooked for...

I don’t know about you, but when it comes to summer I never crave hot food items. I just don’t do well in heat so eating hot food never sounds good to me. I came across this recipe for a cold avocado soup and had to try it out. I’m obsessed with avocados so it sounded good to me, but if you are not a huge fan of avocados or cilantro then do not make this recipe. The soup turned out super refreshing and was easy to make! The main thing I would change from the original recipe is to add...
